Caring for your Flowers

Flowers are a live product. We take the utmost care with your flowers. Please bear in mind that travelling and changing temperatures will have an impact on your flowers.

On receipt of your flowers:

1/ Carefully remove all the packaging. If the arrangement is in an aqua pack carefully cut it over the sink. Do not remove the string of the hand tie. Remove all paper, tissue & ribbon.

2/ Fill a vase with clean, fresh, cool water. Add the provided flower food as this will prolong the life of your flowers. Cut the stems at an angle and place into the vase.

3/ Place in a cool room and keep away from direct sunlight & draughts. The cooler the room the longer your flowers will last.

4/ For best results replace the water at least every other day.

Disclaimer

We use Seasonal flowers when possible. These may be local or British and as such require a little more care and attention. Their life may be a little shorter than imported flowers but we believe they are far more beautiful often with scent and irregularities.

If you require flower stems to last please make us aware at point of order. We can deliver flowers in a less developed stage. They may not look quite as good on arrival but will open over the coming days. we can also select hardier flowers that last longer under warmer conditions.

Please be aware we can not be responsible for flowers that do not last if these care instructions have not been followed carefully.

If you have a problem with your flowers please take a photo as soon as possible and contact us within two days of receipt where possible. For genuine incidences where our flowers have not behaved as they should we will agree a course of action with you. We always want you to be thrilled with your flowers and customer satisfaction is a high priority.
