Spring Workshops: Create a Spring Wreath
Using a metal frame (which can be used time and time again), moss, Spring bulbs and a selection of varied fresh foliage & flowers you will be guided though the process to create your own unique wreath. This can hang on a door outside or be created flat for indoor use. The beauty of this wreath is the plants continue to grow and bring a pop of colour and joy as the seasons arrives.
Additional flowers can also be added to your wreath throughout the seasons.
All our workshops are designed to be a creative, relaxing & fulfilling time where you can fully immerse yourself in flowers and their inherent beauty. They are a chance to explore new experiences and learn tested techniques under expert guidance. Wherever possible we use seasonal British and locally sourced and grown flowers. We also teach foam free techniques and hope to inspire you to continue further exploration on your own at home or perhaps at another workshop.
Spring Workshops: Spring Posy Drop in Workshop
A chance to learn the art of spiralling and basic hand tied bouquet techniques in a relaxed setting under expert guidance. Create your very own Posy of flowers from a gorgeous selection of flowers. Learn how to finish off with wrap & ribbon to take home to pop in a vase. Alternatively you can create your flowers into a Jam Jar. This could be adapted to a “drop in” style saturday workshop in store. So a pick and mix style of workshop for a set price: a smaller selection flowers at approx £25 per person. All our workshops are designed to be a creative, relaxing & fulfilling time where you can fully immerse yourself in flowers and enjoy their beauty. They are a chance to explore new experiences and have fun whilst learning tested techniques under expert guidance. Wherever possible we use seasonal British and locally sourced and grown flowers. Lively Concept Store is located at 23a, High Street Stone ST15 8AJ.
Parking is available nearby at Morrisons or in public car parks in Stone.
You will have a palette of beautiful flowers usually sourced locally and providing an abundance of colour, texture, form and sometimes scent too. You will have plenty of choice to create your own unique flowers to take home with you.
You will be guided and given time & space to experiment with the flowers in the peaceful surroundings of Lively Concept Store. Don’t forget to factor in time to browse all of the beautiful products in store!

A time to relax & enjoy…
Using only the most beautiful, carefully sourced & curated selection of fresh, seasonal flowers and a selection of varied long lasting fresh foliage you will be guided though the process of creating your own unique hand tied bouquet.
This workshop will focus on teaching the spiral technique and is open to everyone, with no previous experience required. Spend an enjoyable morning/afternoon with time for one to one attention and guidance in a relaxed setting amidst the inspiring surroundings of Lively Concept Store, Stone. A chance to enjoy the company of others and indulge in a new and fully immersive creative experience.
You will be guided through the process of conditioning flowers, selecting flowers and designing your bouquet. Then shown how to prepare your flowers and be guided through the spiral technique to create a beautifully balanced design in a carefully selected palette. You will also be taught how to wrap, bag, box & ribbon your bouquet using sustainable packaging with a choice of beautiful ribbon to create the perfect complementary finish for your design. Your bouquet can be displayed on your kitchen table, elsewhere in your home or given as a gift. There is also an option to purchase a suitable sized clear glass vase for £15 (pre order only).

We run seasonal workshops throughout the year. Examples of previous workshops are Spring Wreaths, Flower Crowns & Christmas Wreaths. We love to work in inspiring venues but wherever we are we bring the wonderful scent & beauty of flowers & share our knowledge generously. We always limit numbers attending workshops as we want your experience to be a fabulous one with time for personal guidance & an opportunity to soak up the atmosphere of the day.
Previously we have held workshops in venues such as The Orangery Ingestre, Candid Beer, Woodings Yard & Tranquility, Stafford.
If you have a group such as a hen party or family & friends we can run a workshop in your home with the right amount of space. We also run corporate workshops which can include creating your own Hand Ties, Dried Flower Designs, Flower Crowns, really anything goes: if you have an idea just get in touch.
